Kindly be aware that the NO CANCELLATION POLICY is strictly enforced, and cancellation of orders can only be entertained in cases where service delivery from our side is determined to be unattainable. In such circumstances, refunds will be issued to the client after deducting applicable internet and handling charges (Approximately: Rs 300/-).
Please note: That instances involving non-delivery of services due to document deficiencies, failure to provide the OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other client-related issues that prevent service fulfilment on our part will not be considered as a 'failure of delivery of services from our end.' In such cases, refunds will not be available, as our performance remains unaffected.
We strictly uphold our NO REFUND POLICY; however, we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances. Therefore, if a client submits a written request to cancel their order within 4 hours from the time of payment or processing of their application, whichever occurs earlier, our company officials will conduct a thorough review and determine the refund eligibility. In such instances, the refunded amount shall not exceed 50.00% of the total payment made by the client.
It's important to emphasize that any requests for cancellation or fee refunds made after the 4-hour window from the time of payment or processing of the application, whichever is earlier, will not be considered, and no refund claims will be entertained. The decisions rendered by our company concerning refund matters will be deemed final and binding upon the client.
